Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Damaged, Incorrect, or Wrong Color Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item
- The wrong item
- The wrong color
- A defective product
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed and approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Or a refund depending on the situation
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings
- Worn hair accessories
- Opened silk beauty or sleep products
- Final sale or clearance items
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Important Notes
- Items showing signs of heavy use or intentional damage are not eligible for refunds
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us
